American eyewear company Oakley is the new official partner of Vätternrundan, the world’s largest recreational bike ride.

Vätternrundan and Oakley have signed a one-year agreement of partnership, with a mutual intention that the collaboration should stretch over at least the next three years. The agreement makes Oakley the official eyewear brand of Vätternrundan 2017.

As part of the partnership, Oakley, a sports brand built on a foundation of innovation and performance, will showcase the brand’s products and technologies during the event. The partnership will be activated through different touch points on-site, including Prizm lens testing, a retail experience and eyewear demos on the Rolling O Lab & O Tank.
