Vätternrundan 315 km
Registration
1. If you don’t have an account, you need to create one at My Pages to receive a unique customer id.
2. If you have changed or forgotten which email address you once registered at Vätternrundan, please send an email to info@vatternrundan.se and state your birth data and which email address you want us to register. After that you can log on to My Pages.
3. Go to the heading “Registration for Vätternrundan 315 km 2024 is now open” and select whether you want to create a new group, join a group or ride single.
4 a) Create a group (more than 1 person and maximum 40 persons):
Fill in the group’s name and press send registration. You’ll get a registration code that you, as the group leader, distribute to your cyclists. You can also add the cyclists directly with their customer number and birth date. Note! When the group leader has pressed the Confirm/Pay button the group is locked and no one else can join it. If you have locked the group by mistake, please contact us via info@vatternrundan.se and we will help you.
b) Join a group First you need to get the registration code from your group leader and then log on to My Pages and choose Join a group and fill in the code.
c) Ride single Just press “send registration” and then press Next step, where you can choose your preferred start time intervals.
Note! The start time intervals marked red are the most popular, and thereby runs out quickly. We therefore recommend that you select various intervals and, if possible, not just the red ones. Please note that the required start time is not guaranteed.
5. When you have been assigned an entry you have to make the payment within five (5) days. The group leader can choose to pay for more than him/herself.
6. The payment confirms your start and is made at My Pages, where you can also take out the insurance “Folksam Motionsloppsförsäkring” or “Folksam Motionsloppsförsäkring Stor”.
After the registration
1. From the 1st of June your start card will be available on My Pages. The start card must either be printed or saved in your smart phone to be able to pick up your bib number in Motala.
2. Once in Motala, please go to the bib number distribution in the expo area. Scan the QR code from the start card to receive your bib number.
