The course

Along the 315kms course there is 9 full service rest stops and a splash & go rest stop.

Ödeshög (47 kms)
This section usually goes fast, many spectators cheering and not many hills. Remember, you still have 268km left to ride – save your energy.

Ölmstad (83 kms)
Not far to go till Jönköping and your first hot meal.

Jönköping (104 kms)
This depot is next to the arena Husqvarna Garden. Here you can load up with meatballs and mashed potatoes before you approach the hills of Habo. The cut-off time for this depot is 11.30 a.m, by then you must have passed this depot.

Fagerhult (133 kms)
After a looong climb, a short stop can work wonders.
(Water is available approximately 10 kms North of Fagerhult, self service during Saturday)

Hjo (171 kms)
In Hjo you can receive a hot lasagna and a warm welcome. The cut-off time for Hjo is 16.00 p.m, by then you must have passed this depot.

Karlsborg (204 kms)
This depot is scenically situated next to Karlsborg’s fortress and the beach at Vättern. Perhaps a good spot for a bike stop before continuing your journey around the lake.

Boviken (225 kms)
A picturesque setting – perfect for taking a short pause.

Askersund (256 kms)
At the top of lake Vättern, spectators’ and the first depot of the new section of the ride await.

Godegård (284 kms)
To the very last depot, also new for this year and now the fight is on. See you in Motala!

Motala (315 kms)
Grab your well-deserved medal; you’ve reached the finish line in Motala and defeated Vätternrundan’s 315 kms. What a feat! Now much needed food awaits you in the Stadsparken.
The finish line closes at midnight.
