Vätternrundan Gravel
12 September 2026
Here you’ll find practical information about registration – from terms and conditions to how to transfer your entry to someone else.
The following terms and conditions apply to your registration for Vätternrundan’s events:
Cancellations
Once your registration is paid and confirmed, it is legally binding. You are not entitled to any refund from Vätternrundan. All participants are advised to take out the Folksam Motionsloppsförsäkring Bas or Folksam Motionsloppsförsäkring Stor cancellation insurance, provided by leading Swedish insurer Folksam, in case injury or illness prevents participation. Read more in the Insurance section.
Individual changes to a start time can be made via My pages between January 13th and June 10, 2027 at 9:00 am for all of our shorter races except MTB-Vättern and Vätternrundan Gravel. The payment of SEK 350 is made directly on My pages. For Vätternrundan 315 km the final day for start time change is June 16, 2027 at 9:00 am.
How to change start time via My Pages – step by step
Change of start time on site
Change of start time can also be made at ”Ändringar” within the event area, subject to availability and for a fee of 350 SEK/person. Payment is made by bank card or Swish.
You can transfer your entry (change the name) during the period June 2nd at 09:00 to June 10 at 09:00. For Vätternrundan 315 km, transfers are possible until June 16 at 09:00, and for Vätternrundan Gravel between September 1–10.
We recommend waiting to purchase an entry until the relevant transfer period has opened.
Please note that you purchase a start entry with a specific start time. We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to change to a requested start time afterwards, as start time changes can only be made subject to availability.
When buying or selling entries second-hand, it’s important to stay cautious, as online purchases always involve some risk.
How it works:
The seller completes the name change via Vätternrundan’s My pages by entering the buyer’s customer number and date of birth, and paying the administration fee (350 SEK).
Good to know:
For MTB-Vättern, Tjejvättern 100 km and Vätternrundan 100 km, participants born before 2013 cannot purchase youth entries (for riders born 2013–2019).
Protect yourself against a missed start
Not being able to start the event in June due to injury or illness is probably not something you want to think about right now. But if it does happen, you can still get your entry fee refunded if you have an event insurance policy. You’ll also be covered for accidents with Folksam’s event insurance (Motionsloppsförsäkring).

You can insure your events via Folksam.se or when registering on Vätternrundan’s My pages.

Collective insurance
All participation is at your own risk, but a collective accident and liability insurance is arranged by Vätternrundan through the Swedish Cycling Federation and Gjensidige, covering all registered participants.
A pre-booked group in Vätternrundan allows larger groups of 10–40 people to apply for a shared and specific start time. Applications are made via My Pages between 17 June and 19 October. The group must be paid and complete by 23 November.
To ensure that all starting times not immediately disappear, a maximum limit of 50% pre-booked entries per hour is in effect. This means that not all pre-booked groups will receive the exact starting time they want and in the cases of a conflict, Vätternrundan reserves the right to distribute alternative starting times or refer those affected to the regular entry. SUB 9-groups have only one starting time alternative (11.30-12.30).
Sometimes it’s a swim or a coffee break that helps set your wellness in motion. Other times, it’s about aiming for a new challenge. With us, there’s a ride for everyone — long, short, or somewhere in between. Choose the challenge that suits you best.
