is in Motala, by the Town square. Participants start from 7.30pm Friday evening until approximately 6.30am on Saturday morning. The start attracts a large number of spectators and the festivities last the whole night. Near the start you find a small bicycle service in case something unexpectedly happen with your bike on the way to the start. There you also can make minor last-minute bike related purchases. Of course there are several toilets near the start. Between the City Park and the start you can fill your bottles with water and energy drink and if you’d like you can have a warming cup of coffee.
All the service depots serve Beverages such as coffee, water, honey water, blueberry soup and ENERVIT energy drinks. Salted gherkin, buns and bananas is also served.

The first stop is usually reached quickly. The course is lined with cheering spectators and there are few hills. Beverages and buns are served.

Hjo gives every cyclist a warm welcome! Here cyclists are served a warm meal of lasagna and salad. A new snack for many is pickled salted gherkin, a juicy way to get some salt. For those who are more up to having a breakfast, there is corn flakes, milk and coffee.
Karlsborg 204 km
A rest in a picturesque area next to the old fortress. Beverages and buns.
Boviken 225 km
A beautiful nature spot that many look forward to. Beverages, buns and bananas. Bananas are always served cut in half, for easy eating.
Hammarsundet 257 km
On the bridge over the strait you can view northern Vättern and its beautiful archipelago. Beverages, buns and bananas.
Medevi 274 km
Medevi is the site of an old spa. Here on a summery meadow cyclists can listen to music and have coffee and sticky buns with honey.
The finish is in Motala, on the lakeside promenade, next to the city park. Here, participants receive their medal, being photographed, and further on being served a meal.
Marshals are stationed along the entire course. They will help you at traffic junctions and in places where there may be some doubt about the course. In addition, traffic cones and other markings are used to keep you on track. There is no need to bring a map.
